目的介绍铅的实验室外质控样的定值和不确定度的评定方法,为提高实验室的检测水平提供帮助。方法配制和检测外质控样,定值和评估不确定度。结果外质控样标准值为1.41mg/L,不确定度0.26mg/L。结论结果显示采用该方法定值和评定不确定度,过程合理清晰,结果可靠。

Objective To introduce the determination of the outer quality control sample in laboratory and the methods of uncertainty assessment for offering assistance in enhancement of laboratory level. Methods The outer quality control sample was prepared and tested, and the uncertainty was assessed. Results Standard value of the outer quality control sample was 1.41mg/L and the uncertainty was 0.20μg/L. Conclusion This method is reasonable and reliable in determination of the value and assessment of the uncertainty.
