冻干Vero细胞狂犬病纯化疫苗临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the effect of purified Vero cell rabies vaccine for human use

目的观察国产冻干Vero细胞狂犬病纯化疫苗临床应用的免疫效果和安全性。方法选择犬致伤者240例,随机分为试验组和对照组。实验组接种冻干Vero细胞狂犬病纯化疫苗,对照组接种地鼠肾狂犬病纯化疫苗。两组人群均按照狂犬病疫苗暴露后常规免疫程序进行接种,于全程接种后15d检测中和抗体,并观察副反应。结果实验组抗体阳性率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的90.0%(P<0.05);副反应发生率为10.8%,明显低于对照组的21.7%(P<0.05)。结论冻干Vero细胞纯化疫苗抗体阳转率高、副反应发生率低,临床应用优于地鼠肾纯化疫苗,适宜推广使用。

Objective To observe the Immune protective effect and the safety of purified rabies vaccine freezing - dried for human use prepared with monkey＇ s kidney. Methods 240 cases bitten by dogs were chosen from outpatient and divided into two Experimental groups treatment with purified freezing - dried vero cell rabies vaccine and control group treated with purified rabies vaccine prepared with shrewmouse kidney cell according to the conventional procedures. The level of neutral antibody was determined fifteen days after inoculation and the side effect was also observed. Results The positive rate of antibody in experiment group was 96. 7%, higher than that of 90.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The side effect rate in the experiment group was 10.8% lower than that of 21.7 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The positive conversion rate of antibody in experimental group after immunized with purified vero cell rabies vaccine for human use is high and superior to the purified shrewmouse kidney cell rabies vaccine, and suitable for popularization.
