Evidence of interview in Changan between Li Bai and Du Fu

李白和杜甫是唐代诗坛的两颗巨星,他们的交往和友谊历来受到研究者们的重视。天宝三年(744)春末夏初,两人相会于洛阳,之后又到汴州、大梁、宋中和鲁郡一带游历,很快活地度过一段“醉眠秋共被,携手日同行”的情深似海的生活,被传为中国文学史上的佳话。值得注意的是,李白和杜甫在天宝十二、三年间又相见于长安。这不仅为李白三入长安的发现所推断,而且从他们的诗歌当中也能够得到比较可信的证明。

Li Bai and Du Fu are two great stars in poetic circles in the Tang Dynasty and their contact and friendship are attached great importance to by researchers. At the end of spring and in the beginning of summer of the third year of Tianbao Reign （ 744 ）, Li Bai and Du Fu met in Luoyang and then went to Bianzhou, Daliang, Songzhong and Lujun for excursion and they had a happy life together, which has become an interesting story on everybody＇s lips. It＇s worth noting that Li Bai and Du Fu met in Changan again in the twelfth year and the thirteenth year of Tianbao. This is not only a deduction of Li Bai＇s entering Changan three times but also the convincible evidences which can be got from their poems.
