摘要
用计算各组成相比容的办法计算了球墨铸铁共晶转变时的体积变化。在计算奥氏体的比容时,考虑了奥氏体中的含碳量对晶格常数的影响;依据Fe-C-Si凝固相图和共晶球铁的典型冷却曲线确定了共晶奥氏体的含碳量。
The volume variation of ductile iron occurring in eutectic solidification was ascertained by calculating the specific volume of each component phase of the iron.When calculating the specific volume of austenite the effect of carbon content in the austenite on lattice parameter was considered.According to Fe C Si alloy solidification diagram and typical cooling curve of eutectic ductile iron,the carbon content of eutectic austenite was determined,the calculated results agreed with reality.
