532激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞25例疗效分析

Treatment Effect Analysis of 25 Patients with Retinal Vein Occlusion Treated with 532 Laser

目的探讨532激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法532激光治疗25例视网膜静脉阻塞（retinal vein occlusion，RVO），23例随诊3～21个月。结果其中视网膜分支静脉阻塞（branch retinal vein occlusion，BRVO）的视力预后良好，视网膜中央静脉阻塞（central retinal vein occlusion，CRVO）视力改善不明显，缺血型视力预后差，激光治疗可防止或治疗新生血管形成和新生血管性青光眼（nevoascular glaucoma，NVG）。25例均有不同程度疗效。结论532激光治疗RVO安全有效且并发症少。定期随诊以及行眼底荧光造影以随时观察疗效是提高治愈率的关键。

Objective To probe the treatment effect of retinal vein occlusion （RVO） dealt with 532 laser. Methods 25 cases of RVO were treated with 532 laser. Among the 25 cases, 23 cases were given a followingup for 3 - 21 months. Results The eyesight of the patients with BRVO had a favourable prognosis. The eyesight improvement of the patients with CRVO was not obvious, while the eyesight of ischemic patients had an unfavourable prognosis. Nevosacular glaucoma and nevosacular formation could be prevented or cured with laser. Conclusion 532 Laser is a safe and an effective method to treat RVO. In order to observe treatment effect and raise treatment rate, it is necessary to carry out following-up and eyeground fluorescent contrast.
