摘要
通过大量的理论分析和试验验证,对一种可作为计算机辅助分析砂型铸造涂料工艺性能的数学模型——Casson模型的应用进行了探讨,提出了与工艺性能密切相关的涂料流变特性参数,即描述低剪粘度和静态结构特性的屈服值τ0、高剪粘度η∞、结构触变特性的CassonB及时间触变特性的CassonM。建立了以NXS-11型粘度计为流变仪,Casson公式为数学模型的计算机辅助测试和评价砂型铸造涂料工艺性能的方法。
Based on a large quantities of theoretical analyses and experments,a mathematics model__Casson model for computer aided analysis of technological properties of mold coating has been discussed,some rheological characteristics parameters of mold coating concerning the technological properties,including yield value τ 0 for low shear viscosity and static structural characteristics,high shear viscosity η ∞,Casson B for structural thixotropic characteristics,and Casson M for time thixotropic characteristics,were suggested.An method for computer aided testing and evaluation of technological properties of mold coatings was also put forward which contributes the scientific basis for computer aided design of mold coating.
