摘要
目的总结125I Ni-Ti合金支架治疗晚期食管癌术前和术后护理配合的经验与体会。方法应用附有125I的Ni-Ti合金支架对16例晚期食管癌患者进行电子胃镜直视下置入治疗,采取心理护理、常规护理及术后恢复指导等措施。结果16例患者全部于术后解除梗阻,支架放置成功率为100%。结论使用125I Ni-Ti合金支架治疗晚期食管癌,方法安全,快捷简便,如在加强围手术期护理的同时,密切观察病情,可提高手术成功率,减少术后并发症,明显提高患者的生活质量。
before and Methods Objective To summarize the clinical experience of preoperative and postoperative nursing care after esophageal nitinol stent and Iodine-125 seeds implantation to cure advanced stage EC. The implantation of esophageal nitinol stent with Iodine-125 seeds was performed on 16 patients with advanced stage of esophageal carcinoma. Rational nursing strategies, including psychological direction, routine treatment and rehabilitation guidance, etc. were adopted in peri-operation period. Results Obstruction of esophagus was got in 16 patients, and the success rate was 100%. Conclusion It is safe and convenient to cure advanced stage esophageal carcinoma by utilizing Iodine-125 seeds nitinol stent. If the pathogenetie condition and strengthened peri-operation period nursing care are closely observed the success rate of operation will increase, postoperative complication will decrease, too, and the quality of life can be improved dramatically.
