摘要
目的探讨使机械通气患者吸痰时舒适的技巧。方法将60例机械通气患者随机分为对照组(采用传统吸痰法)和实验组(采用表面麻醉吸痰法)各30例,比较两组患者在吸痰过程中心率、血压、SPO2的变化及舒适情况。结果实验组患者的心率、血压、SPO2变化明显少于对照组(P<0.01);舒适情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用表面麻醉吸痰法可有效地提高吸痰时的舒适程度。
Objective To discuss how to make the machanical ventilated patients feel comfortable when they were drawn sputum. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group and experimental group. The changes in heart rate（HR）, blood pressure（BP）, SPO2 and the degree of comfort were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had little changes in HR, BP, SPO2 （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the patients felt more comfortable than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Superficial anaesthesia drawing sputum can make the patients feel more comfortable.
