摘要
针对 ZA27合金在常规铸造下易出现缩松、偏析等缺陷的特点,研究了该合金的挤压铸造工艺。系统试验分析了挤压工艺参数与 ZA27合金性能之间的关系。研究表明:挤压铸造能显著提高 ZA27合金的密度和力学性能,通过工艺参数的控制,既可获得高强度(σ_b 达440~480 MPa,δ>10%),又可获得高塑性(σ_b 在400 MPa 左右,δ达14%~17%)的 ZA 合金。
To reduce the tendency to produce defects,such as microporosity and segregation,in tra- ditional gravity casting,a squeeze casting ZA27 alloy process was investigated.The relation between process parameters of squeeze casting and properties of ZA27 alloy has shown that squeeze process can improve the density and mechanical properties of ZA27 effectively.A higher strength and a higher toughness can be obtained by controlling the process parameters.
