摘要
探讨了气化模铸造涂料层强度及其抗变形能力的测试方法。研究了涂料层中不同耐火粉料及粘结剂等因素对涂层强度的影响。测试涂挂不同涂料的模样在变载荷下的挠度值。结果表明,采用 PVA 有机粘结剂的涂料常温强度高于硅溶胶无机粘结剂涂料的常温强度。适当增大涂层厚度有助于模样抗变形能力。
Testing technique of strength and deiormation resistance ot EPC coating was discussed. Some factors affecting coating strength,such as refractory and binder,were studied.The deformations (deflection value) of the patterns with different coatings were measured under different loads.The ex- perimental results show that the coating has higher strength contained PVA organic binder than con- tained colloidal silica inorganic binder at room temperature.Increasing properly coating thickness is helpful to resist the pattern deformation.
