摘要
对社会主义新型分配方式——按人力资本贡献分配进行了探讨,指出分配是社会再生产的重要内容之一,分配问题历来为经济学家所重视。在新的时期,人力资本在经济增长中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了提高我国人力资本开发和使用的经济效益,有必要重构社会主义分配原则,确立按人力资本贡献分配为主体的分配方式,以促进我国社会经济的快速发展。
The allotment is one of the important contents of the social reproduction, and the problem of allotment is regarded importantly by economists all the time. In the new period, the human capital plays more and more important role in economic growth. In order to raise the economic performance of development and use for human capital, we should re-build up the principle of socialist allotment, that is to say, it is necessary to establish a distribution principle of allotment according to the contribution of human capital, so as to promote the rapid economic development in our society.
