摘要
近10年来我国企业所处的环境发生了剧烈的变化,企业要发展就必须对这种变化作出反应。指出企业转型是很多企业选中的变革方式,而领导力问题是企业转型能否成功的先决条件,探讨了企业应当在什么时候进行领导团队的撤换及寻求合适领导者的途径。
The environment has changed greatly in the last ten years in our country. The Corporate have to response to these changes in order to develop. Corporate transformation is the means that most firms take to change themselves. The problem of top manager is a prerequisite to succeed. This article makes attempt to find when the corporate should change their leaders and how to find the right person.
