摘要
多联体立筒仓因其工艺流程机械化程度高,利于粮食快速散装散卸而作为粮食中转的首选仓型。然而,传统的滑模体系极易造成仓壁水平拉裂,且表面不光滑、不连续,难以满足粮食储存的气密性、抗渗性要求。着重探讨如何利用弹性模板与可调型柔性操作平台滑模体系解决多联体立筒仓的施工问题。
The multiple-combined grain silo is the most available concrete bins used in grain higher mechanical degree and quicker loading and unloading facility. However the traditional transferring for its construction technique using sliding shuttering system easily resulted in the tension cracks in silo walls and the surface were not smooth and continue, which were difficult to satisfy the requirement of airtight and impervious quality during grain storage. In this paper, the author described how to use elastic formwork and the sliding shuttering system with adjustable flexible operating platform to solve that problems during the construction of multiple combined grain silos.
