摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(Saphylococcus aureus)是引起食品污染和细菌性食物中毒的一种重要细菌,在自然界中分布广泛。对金黄色葡萄球菌的生物学特性、流行病学特点及其致病性进行了简要综述,并重点介绍了金黄色葡萄球菌的几种快速检测方法。 Saphylococcus aureus is a main bacterium which can cause food pollution and bacterial food-poisoning. This article mostly summarized its biological speciality, epidemiology behaviour and pathogenicity. A few methods for the rapid detection of saphylococcus aureus were finally introduced.
