卵巢环管状性索间质瘤2例报告并文献复习

Ovarian Vasicentric Sexual Funicular Interstitialoma Two Cases Report and Literature Review

目的:探讨卵巢环管状性索间质瘤的发病原因、发病机制、临床特点。方法:分析2例卵巢环管状性索间质瘤的临床资料并复习文献。结果:环管状性索间质瘤在卵巢肿瘤中占0.06%,属于低度恶性。其CA-125值可正常或略高,血清M IS值检测可作为其诊断的一种标记物。约1/3患者伴Peu tz-Jeghers综合征(P JS)。可分泌较高水平的雌激素和少量的孕激素。诊断主要依靠病理。结论:提高对卵巢环管状性索间质瘤的认识,熟悉其发病原因、发病机制、临床特点等,可减少误诊及漏诊。

Objective：To explore the pathogenic factors,pathogeny and clinical features of ovarian vasicentric sexual funicular interstitialoma （OVSFI）. Method：The clinical data of 2 cases of OVSFI was analysed and literatures review. Result：OVSFI accounted for 0.06% in ovarian cancer. It was low malignant. Its value of CA-125 was normal or slightly higher. Its serum MIS could be a diagnostic marker. About 1/3 cases could complicated with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. OVSFI could secrete a high level of estrogenic hormone and a little pregestogen, To diagnose OVSFI was by pathology of OVSFI mainly. Conclusion：To improve the understanding and familiar the pathogenic factors,pathogeny and clinical features of OVSFI can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
