摘要
近年来,高新技术推动经济全球化发展,全球化发展反过来又加剧了各国高新技术产业之间的竞争。为获得能够持续发展的竞争力,各国纷纷从战略管理的高度制定产业发展战略,印度的软件产业也不例外。试用PEST分析法研究印度软件产业所处的外部环境是战略管理的首要环节。本文分析了印度软件产业面临的政治法律环境、经济环境、技术环境以及社会文化环境,并为发展我国软件产业提供了有益启示。
In recent years, globalization has been deepened significantly by the development of high-tech industry all over the world, which in return provides among high-tech industries a much more competitive background to survive and thrive. Due to this fact, countries have been more aware of the importance of scheming strategies for their high-tech industries, and India＇s software industry is of no exclusion. This paper tries to maximize the usage of the PEST analysis method to illustrate the external environment, that is, political＆ law environment, economic environment, technological environment and social＆ cultural environment, with the purpose of providing some useful implications for China to develop its own software industry.
