摘要 从水资源系统多种不确定性共存的角度,运用群体决策模式,将水资源可持续利用评价看作是多智能体系统不确定性结论的合成问题.通过将专家组对指标的评价意见假设为盲信息,构造评价指标盲数.在此基础上,建立区域水资源可持续利用评价盲数模型.实例研究表明,所建模型对水资源可持续利用评价具有很好的适用性. Water resources system is a huge system with many uncertainties. From the aspects of group decision, the assessment on sustainable utilization of regional water resources can be regarded as the composition problem of uncertain conclusions in multi-agent system (MAS). By constructing the blind number of each evaluation index, a blind-number model for evaluating sustainable utilization of regional water resources has been established. In the model, the suggestions from experts on a certain evaluation index have been treated as blind information, and regional water resources sustainable utilization assessment have been expressed by blind numbers with weights. Study result shows that the blind-number model (BM) is suitable for assessment on regional water resources sustainable utilization.
