根癌农杆菌在丝状真菌转化中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 原生质体转化法是丝状真菌转化的传统方法,但其过程繁琐且转化效率低。根癌农杆菌介导的转化方法原本是进行植物遗传转化的标准方法,但近年来发现该方法还可用于丝状真菌的转化。根癌农杆菌介导的丝状真菌转化具有操作简便、转化效率高、重复性好等优点,从而可以解决丝状真菌转化难的问题。在本文中,就其转化机制、特点和转化条件优化等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述。 Protoplast transformation is the traditional method for filamentous fungi transformation, but it is tedious and shows low efficiency. Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation is the standard method for the transformation of plant cell, and recently it was applied in filamentous fungi transformation. Compared with the protoplast method, it is less tedious, more efficient, and with higher reproducibility, and its application has addressed the problem in filamentous fungi transformation. Here the recent advances in the mechanisms, characters, and conditions of A.tumefaciens-mediated filamentous fungus transformation were reviewed.
