NUMERIC AL SIMULATION OF SOLIDIFYING BEHAVIOUR OF CAST INGOT

摘要 通过对单元体内溶质守恒的分析,修正了Bennon和Incropera模型中的溶质守桓方程.采用修正后的控制方程,模拟了铸锭凝固过程中流场、温度场和浓度场的相互作用. A recently modified continuum model has been adopted to investigate the solidifying behaviour of cast ingot.Emphasis has been laid on the interaction among the fluid flow,temperature distribution and solute field.The effects of two kinds of driving forces,T/x and w/x,have also been analysed.
