纳米TiO_2粉末的制备

PREPARATION OF NANOCRYSTALLINE TITANIA

本文以ＴｉＣｌ４为主要原料，利用前驱体法一步合成纳米ＴｉＯ２粉末，对样品分别进行了差热分析、Ｘ射线衍射分析和透射电子显微镜分析结果表明．样品粒子为金红石晶型，单分散性良好，基本呈球形，粒径分布范围狭窄，在５．０－１５．０ｎｍ之间．

Nanocrystalline titania particles were prepared by using precursor method from titanium tetrachloride.The microstructure was determined by using DTA-TG,XRD,TEM and Q-900 analyses.The results show that the spherical nanocrystal with rutile structure has an avarage diameter of 8.5 nm,good dispersity and purity.It's size distribution is from 5.0 nm to 15.0 nm.
