从医药相关专业大学生就业目前的现状,谈目前大学生就业现象中突出的几个问题,从宏观、微观的角度分析存在的文化原因和现实原因,并建设性提出一些可操作的方法,力图解决大学生就业下滑的问题。

This paper discusses some notable problems tlu＇ough the actuality of present employment among college graduates majoring in specialties related to medicine and pharmacy, pushes the analysis of existing cultural and realistic reasons from both the macrocosmic and microcosmic aspects, and puts forward some constructive and doable methods to solve problems for medical and pharmaceutical graduates in employment.
