摘要 加速培养一大批新型高素质军事医学人才是当前军事斗争准备的需要,军队高等医学院校教学质量高低是完成这一光荣使命的关键。院校应合理调配力量始终把教学工作放在中心位置。教学督导是为了实现教学目标,依法对教学工作进行监督、检查、评价和指导。要依据国家和军队对教育工作的方针政策及有关教学的规章制度,坚持质量第一、实事求是、客观公正,开展督导工作。要建立科学有效的教学质量评估和宏观监测的机制;要从督管、督教、督学三方面,加强对不同层次、不同类型教学质量监测的分类指导;要不断深化教学管理制度改革,优化教学过程控制。 It is necessary for the preparation of present military missions to accelerate the cultivation of new type military medical talents with high quality. The teaching quality in military medical universities is the key factor to complete this cultivation. Teaching work should be put in the central stage in military medical universities by appropriately distributing teaching resource. The establishment of teaching supervision is to supervise, examine, evaluate and guide teaching in order to complete the teaching task. Based on national and military policies and teaching- related regulations, the supervision should be operated with quality first, fact first, objective and fair way. Supervision over administration, teaching and learning will enhance the classified guidance on teaching quality examination of different level and different type. It is also needed to deepen the reform of administrative system in teaching in order to optimize the control over the process of teaching.
