摘要
介绍了基于DSP的静电除尘电源智能控制系统的设计。该控制系统以DSPTMS320LF2407为控制核心,以CA6100晶闸管触发板为中间缓冲环节,能够自动跟踪电场的变化,有效地控制静电除尘电源,使其长时间工作在临界放电状态,大幅度提高除尘效率。
This paper introduces the design of intelligent control system based on DSP for electrostatic precipitation power supply. The control system which employs DSP TMS320LF2407 as the control center and CA6100 thyristor trigger board as the middle buffer unit, can follow the change of electric field and effectively make the electrostatic precipitation power supply to work at the critical discharge voltage for long time, thus the efficiency of dust removing is improved greatly.
