摘要 目的:研究气体流速及漂移管温度对蒸发光散射检测器检测性能的影响。方法:色谱条件为Novapack C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×150Mm,5μm),柱温40℃,流动相为甲醇-水(95:5),流速1.0mL·min^(-1)。选择ELSD检测的峰面积、基线值、噪音大小和信噪比作为评价指标,测定在不同气体流速以及不同漂移管温度下齐墩果酸和菝葜皂苷元在ELSD上的检测结果。结果:ELSD气体流速及漂移管温度的设置对其检测性能的影响呈现一定的规律性。结论:ELSD的检测性能会受到检测参数的影响。 Objective: To study the effects of the parameters such as gas flow rate and drift tube temperature on the performance of ELSD. Method: The chromatography was performed on the Novapack C18 column ( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm), column temperature was 40℃, the mobile phase was methonal and water(95:5 )with flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The olennolic acid and sarsasapogenin were detected by ELSD under different gas flow rates and drift tube temperatures. Within the detecting result, the area, base line, noise and S/N were used to evaluate the influence of parameters on the performance of ELSD. Results: The rules of parameters affecting the performance of ELSD have been observed. Conclusion:The parameters of ELSD can affect its performance greatly.
