摘要
目的:建立HPLC指纹图谱方法鉴别广金钱草与金钱草药材;方法:以ODS-C_(18)5μm,250mm×4.6mm色谱柱,水(A) -乙腈(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱方式:0~15min,保持85%A,15→60min,85%A→78%A,流速0.7mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,进样量30μL,检测波长215,270,340nm;结果:广金钱草可得到以异牡荆素为参照的11个指纹峰,金钱草可得到以槲皮素为参照10个指纹峰进行比较;结论:通过指纹图谱方式,可针对性地鉴别广金钱草和金钱草。
Objective:Established a fingerprint method to identify the Herba Desmodii Styracifolii and Herba Lysi- machiae. Methods:The chromatographic column of ODS - C18 5 μm,250 mm ×4. 6 mm was used with water - acetonitrile as mobile phase by 0. 7 ml· min^-1 flow rate under 215,270 ,340 nm wavelength at 30 ℃ column temperature. The gradient elution is 0 - 15 min, keep 85% water, 15 - 60 min ,85% water→78% water. The injection volume was 30μL. Results:It compared llpeaks from Herba Desmodii Styracifolii fingerprint and 10peaks from Herba Lysimac hiae fingerprint with isovitexin and quercetin as standard respectively. Conclusion:The method can identify the Herba Desmodii Styracifolii and Herba Lysimachiae with HPLC fingerprint.
