摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定益视颗粒中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量,以控制益视颗粒的质量。方法:采用Alltech C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-甲醇-水(16:10:74),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为320nm,进样量20μL。结果:2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷浓度在4.9~58.8μg·mL^(-1)范围之间有良好的线性关系,加样平均回收率为98.68%,RSD为1.6%。结论:所建方法可用于益视颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for controlling the quality of Yishi granules. Method:The HPLC system consisting of a Alhech C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm)and a mixture of acetonitrile - methanol-water( 16: 10: 74)as the mobile phase was adopted. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the UV detection was set at 320 nm. The injection volume was 20μL. Results:The concentration of 2,3,5,4' -tetrahydroxy - stibene-2-O-β-D-glycoside was linear in the range of 4. 9 -58.8μg·mL^-1, the average recovery rate was 98.68% ,RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion:This method is applicable in the quality control of Yishi granules.
