摘要
目的:建立消渴清颗粒中菝葜皂苷元的含量测定方法,为其提供质量标准。方法:应用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器,迪马(钻石)Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇为流动相,流速为0.8mL·min^(-1),检测器漂移管温度为70℃,载气流速为2.2L·min^(-1)。结果:菝葜皂苷元在1.15μg~5.75μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.6%(RSD=2.1%)。结论:该方法有创新性,简便、准确,无干扰,可用于消渴清颗粒中菝葜皂苷元的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quantitative method for Sarsasapogenin in Xiaokeqing Granules by HPLC - ELSD Method:The column used was a packed with 5 p,m stationary Diamonsil (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobil phase consisted of methanol, with a flow rate of 0.8mL·min^-1. At a temperature of drift tube of 70℃ and the nebulizer gas flow rate was 2.2 L·min^-1. Result:The linear range of the Sarsasapogenin was 1.15 μg -5.75 μg (r =0.9999) ,The average recovery of Sarsasapogenin was 100.6% (RSD = 2.1% ). Conclusion:The method is innovative, reliable, simple precise, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaokeqing Granules.
