摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱方法测定新药三参舒心片人参皂苷Rb_1的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱方法,色谱柱为Agi- lent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(28:72)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为203nm,前处理采用自制固相萃取ODS小柱,测定三参舒心片中人参皂苷Rb_1的含量。结果:高效液相色谱方法的回收率为101.3%,人参皂苷Rb_1进样量在0.552μg~17.66μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999;三参舒心片中人参皂苷Rb_1含量为1.53mg·片^(-1)。结论:本法简便、准确,适用于生产中控制三参舒心片的质量。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for quantatively determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanshen - shuxin tablets. Methods:An HPLC method was established with a Agilent Zorbax SB - C18 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (28: 72), a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^ - 1, a detection wavelength of 203 nm to determine the contents of ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanshen - shuxin tablets,a solid phase extraction process was adopted in the pre - column sample treatment. Results: The average recovery rate was 101.3% ,and there was a good linearity from 0. 552μg to 17.66 μg,the correlation coefficience was 0. 9999. The concentration of ginsenoside Rb1 in Sanshen - shuxin tablets was 0. 306%. Conclution :The established method is suitable for the quality control of Sanshen - shuxin tablets.
