原子吸收法测定1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮对铝中毒小鼠模型脑组织中钙、锌、镁含量的影响

摘要 目的:通过原子吸收光谱法观察1,2-二甲基-3-羟基-4-吡啶酮(DHPO)在排铝的同时对小鼠脑组织中钙、锌、镁等元素含量的影响。方法:建立铝中毒小鼠模型,然后给予不同剂量的DHPO 30d,处死小鼠,取其脑组织,用火焰原子吸收法测量其钙、锌、镁的含量。结果:DHPO高、中、低三个剂量组和模型组比较,脑组织中钙、锌、镁的含量均无显著性差异。结论:DHPO在排铝时不影响小鼠脑组织中钙、锌、镁的排出。 Objective: To investigate the effects of DHPO on Ca, Zn, Mg in brain of aluminum - exposed mice by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Methods:DHPO was administrated for 30days to the mice that have been exposed to aluminum and then they were treated. The concentrations of Ca, Zn, Mg in the brain of the mice were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: In comparison with Ca, Zn, Mg contents, no significant differences existed among various groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions: The Ca, Zn, Mg contents in the brain of aluminum - exposed mice were not affected by DHPO administration.
