摘要
根据国内火电机组厂用电的数据,分析了不同容量机组的厂用电现状,不同工艺系统对厂用电的影响;定量地测算了由于燃煤参数、锅炉飞灰含碳量和锅炉漏风系数改变引起的厂用电率的变化,提供了可进行对比分析的厂用电率变化数据,提出了通过采用系统优化、技术改造、加强运行管理等方法,降低机组厂用电率的途径。
Based on the data of service power rate for coal-fired power plant, the present status of service power for generator units of different capacity and the effect of different process system on service power were analyzed. The effect due to the variation of coal parameter, carbon content in flying ash and wind leakage coefficient in boilers was calculated quantitatively. The varying parameter in service power rate that can carry through the contrast analysis was supplied. Some methods were suggested in decreasing service power rate by system optimization, technical renovation, operating management enhancement.
