摘要 通过对离心风机的变频节能原理、压力-流量特性及风门调节与变速调节时风机效率特性的分析,得出风机变频调速节能的本质是变频调速与风门调节相比提高了风机的运行效率;提出基于效率的风机变频改造节能分析计算方法。以德永佳热电厂锅炉引风机高压变频改造中的大量试验和运行统计数据为例,检验了该计算方法的有效性与准确性。该方法对风机高压变频改造项目的经济可行性分析具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the analysis of variable-frequency energy-saving principles for the centrifugal fans, the pressure-flow features and the efficiency features in case of air-damper control and variable-speed control, the nature of frequency control for energy saving was presented to improve the operation efficiency of fans. Besides, the analyzing and calculation method for energy saving by means of inverter retrofit was proposed on the basis of efficiency of fans. Taking the test and statistical data in HV inverter retrofit in Texwinca Thermal Power Plant for instant, the validity and accuracy of this calculation method were verified. The results show that it provides useful reference for the economic analysis and decision of HV inverter retrofit projects.
