摘要
用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸消解烟样,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定烟草中的砷、铋等重金属,对前处理酸的用量,样品介质(盐酸)、预还原剂等进行了试验,平行测定烤烟和杀青烟叶样品11次的相对标准偏差为As1.62%—5.01%,Bi5.38%—10.13%;方法的检出限为As0.079μg·L-1,Bi0.381μg·L-1;检测的线性范围As0.0—60.0μg·L-1,Bi0.0—8.0μg.L-1;加标回收率为As86.7%,Bi108.0%,测定结果令人满意。
The sample was digested by nitric acid-the high chloric acid admixture, and me arsenic ,mercury in the tobacco were determined by hydrogen generation atom fluorescence spectrum method (HG-AFS). The experimental conditions such as amount of acids, reductant, medium,were optimized experimentally. The measurements were carried out with the tobacco leaves sample for 11 times. The relative standard deviations for As and Bi are 1.62%-5.01%and 5.38%-10. 13% ,the detection limits are 0. 079μg·L^-1 and 0. 381μg·L^-1,and the detection ranges are 0. 0μg·L^-1- 60.0μg·L^-1 and 0. 0μg·L^-1-8. 0μg ·L^-1 with the recoveries of 86. 7% and 108. 0%, respectively. The results are satisfactory.
