Along with the accelerated competition in telecom market, mobile services divests part of fixed telephone services. Fixed carriers want to change the adverse situation of fixed telephone services. Based on the traditional telephone network Intelligent network could offer and deal with many kinds of intelligent communication services to customers. Firstly, this paper introduces the FMC services based on the compositive intelligent network. Analyses the problem that the fixed carriers must faced before the network intelligentize reconstruction. At last, expounds the main contents of intelligentize reconstruction.
