摘要
针对捏合机上普遍采用的填料密封及机械密封的不足,设计了一种磁流体密封装置。试验结果表明,磁流体密封装置应用在大轴径、高转速的捏合机上,密封性能良好,且温升较小。
For the disadvantage of mechanical seal and stuffing seal used widely in kneader, a magnetic fluid seal structure was designed for kneaders which are often with bulky shaft and high rotation speed. The results of test indicate that the magnetic fluid has excellent sealing performance, and temperature rising is rather low during running.
