摘要
目的:观察不同节段脊髓横断后引起下丘脑室旁核(PVN)、视上核(SON)Fos表达,以初步探讨急性脊髓损伤引起脑内心血管调节核团反应的机制。方法:脊髓C4、T4、T12横断术后3h,用免疫组织化学方法观察PVN、SON内Fos表达。结果:PVN内Fos阳性神经元数目在C4组最高,T4组次之,T12组最低;SON内,各组间Fos阳性神经元数目差异无显著性。结论:急性脊髓损伤可引起PVN、SON神经元产生特异性反应,但两者发生反应的机制不同。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of the cardiovascular nuclei in the brain in response to the acute spinal cord injury (SCI), and to evaluate the expression of Fos protein in the paraventricular and supraoptic nuclei (PVN and SON) of the hypothalamus followed by following the spinal transsection at different segments. Methods: The spinal cords of rats were transected at the fourth cervical segment (C4), the fourth thoracic segment (T4) and the twelfth thoracic segment (T12) respectively. Three hours later, Fos positive neurons were mapped in PVN and SON using immunohistochemical staining method. Results: In PVN, the number of Fos positive neurons was highest in the C4 group, followed by the T4 group and the T12 group; while in SON, there were no statistically significant differences between the above three groups. Conclusion: The neurons in PVN and SON can respond specifically to acute SC1, but the mechanism was different.
