腐食酪螨种群消长及空间分布型研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对仓储害螨优势种腐食酪螨(Tyrophagusputrescentiae)的种群数量消长情况及其在仓储小麦中的空间分布型进行研究。方法:每月5、15、25号定点采集螨样本,并进行腐食酪螨的鉴定及计数。采用扩散指标、Taylor幂法则及Iwaom*-x回归分析法对数据进行分析。结果:腐食酪螨种群数量高峰期出现在6月下旬和9月中旬,各扩散型指标值为I>0,CA>0,m*/x>1;Taylor幂法则回归方程为:lgS2=0.1245+1.4220lgx;Iwaom*-x的回归式为:m*=3.5036+1.0478x。结论:腐食酪螨在仓储小麦中种群消长曲线呈双峰型,其空间格局是以个体群为基本成份呈聚集分布,且密度越高,聚集度越大。 Objective: In order to study the seasonal dynamics and the spatial distribution pattern of tyrophagus putrescentiae (T. putreseentiae) in the wheat warehouse. Methods: Samples were eotlected, examined and counted for T. putrescentiae in eyery ten days. Dispersion pattern target. Taylor power method and Iwao m*- x↑-regression analysis were used for analyzing the data. Results: There were two peaking periods in June and September respectively. Dispersion pattern target values were as follows: I 〉 0. CA〉 0. m*/x↑- 〉 1. Taylor power regression equation was Lg S^2 = 0.124 5 + 1.422 0 Lg x↑- and Iwao m*- x↑- regression equation was m* = 3.503 6 + 1.047 8 x↑- Conclusion: The growth and decline curve of T. putrescentiae in the wheat warehouse is in bimodal pattern. The spatial distribution pattern of T.putreseentiae is aggregation distribution. The basic component is clumps and the aggregation is increased with population density.
