摘要 为克服仪器设备的限制,对甜菜根际营养的研究方法做了新的尝试,即采用以尼龙网为隔膜的上下两体微型盆钵,对装土容重、土壤合水量、播种密度以及培育方法进行了研究。结果表明,在土壤客重为1.7g/cm2、含水量为21%、播种密度为280株/盆条件下,可以形成一个良好的根一土界面。对钾素营养测定结果表明,采用此法可和同位素示踪法一样得到理想的根际钾素营养耗竭曲线,但更经济、简便和实用。 ln order to overcome the limitation of instruments andequipments,a simpkandpracticalmethod of determining the gradients of nutrients concentration of rhizosphere soil in sugar-beet was attempted.A two parts mini-pot which was seperated by a nylon net was used,andthe soil bulk density, water content, plant population density and cultivating method wasstudied.The results showed that under the condition of soil bulk density 1.7g/cm3,soil mois-ture 21%and plant density 280 plants/pot,a interface of sugarbeet roots-soil could beformed perfectly.As a sample of potassium,the depletion profile of this method is similar tothat of isotope.
