官溪蜜柚气调保鲜贮藏条件优化研究

摘要 将气调保鲜技术应用于官溪蜜柚的贮藏,研究不同的气调贮藏条件对官溪蜜柚保鲜效果的影响,筛选最佳气调贮藏条件,并将保鲜效果同普通冷藏对照组比较。结果表明,采用温度4℃,CO23.0%,O210.0%,相对湿度90%的气调贮藏条件,保鲜效果比普通冷藏对照组明显更好。表现在:气调贮藏210d,外观饱满不皱皮,果实青黄宜人,无烂果,好果率提高19.8个百分点,失重率减少8.5个百分点,总糖保存率提高25个百分点,呼吸曲线明显下移,刚入贮时提早2d进入呼吸平稳期,所有呼吸强度值减少30%以上。 To choose the optimum condition for controlled atmosphere storage of Guanxi pomelo, the influence of different conditions to the result of freshness of Guanxi pomelo was studied, and the result of freshness was compared with control. The results showed: the controlled atmosphere storage condition of 4℃,CO2 3.0% ,O2 10.0% , relative humidity 90% was obviously better than the condition of ordinary refrigeration storage . After storage of 210 days under the optimum condition, the Guanxi pomelo's appearance was plump; its color was delightful; the keeping rate of good fruit increased by 19.8 percent; the weight loosing rate decreased by 8.5 percent, the total sugar content increased by 25 percent, the breathing curve came down obviously; the date when respiration rate became steady brought forward 2 days; all of the respiration rate decreased more than 30%.
