摘要
提出了先激光离散淬火预处理基体后,再镀铬提高镀铬身管寿命的复合工艺。靶场实验身管解剖表明,激光淬火基体可以控制铬层主裂纹在基体内按原路径扩展,不向界面偏折。其控制机理是由于在原始基体和铬层之间存在一个具有沿原路径方向递减的硬度梯度激光处理层,导致该方向的裂纹驱动力增加,诱导裂纹在基体内按原路径扩展。
The paper brings out the complex technology which is after laser discrete hardened pretreatment on basal body, chromate treatment can improve the service life of chromium plated gun barrel. Dissection of gun barrel in range test shows that laser hardened basal body can control the spread of main cracks in chromium layer and deviation to boundary layer. The control mechanics is that there is a gradient laser treatment layer between original basal body and chromium layer which is discending on original path direction. Cracks driving force is enhanced and cracks can spead on original path.
