就新农村建设中影响体育事业发展的若干问题进行了探讨,提出发展农村体育事业应以农村体育基础设施建设为突破口,以体育组织制度建设为重点,以稳定体育经费来源为保障,以吸引尽可能多的群体育众参与为目标,由点及面,从而使农村体育事业实现跨越式的发展。

This article discusses the influence of sports development in new countryside construction and makes some beneficial attempts to develop the new rural sports under the new situation. It proposed that, developing rural sports to be supposed take rural sports infrastructure construction as the breach, take the sports organization system construction as the key point, take the stable sports funds origin as the safeguard, take attracts as far as possible more groups participation as the goal, by and surface, thus to realize rural sports development greatly.
