区域经济国际化的模式比较与升级的方向——以苏州和温州为例

The Comparison between the Models in Regional Economic Internalization and Up-grading Orientation——With Suzhou and Wenzhou as examples

中国区域经济国际化模式的差异,实际上是各地区在面临全球化冲击时的一次嬗变。区位交通、资源禀赋、工业基础和文化传统,甚至面对机遇时的战略把握和政府的适时引导,都可能是一个地区选择某种国际化模式的重大因素。发展过程中随之而来的路径依赖性,通常会强化最初的模式选择。从历史和逻辑的角度,研究苏温模式的形成、发展和演变过程,比较分析这两种国际化模式在规模和阶段、道路、方式、产业和技术选择、空间分布和效率等方面的差异,并在新的国际经济形势下,探讨两者面临的困境和各自未来发展的趋势。

The change of the model of Chinese regional economic internalization is the one in face of globalization. The choice of the model is affected by many factors： regional transportation, the nature of resources, industrial basis, cultural tradition, the strategy of grasping the opportunity and the proper guidance of the government. The path dependance in the process may strengthen the initial model choice. From the historical and logic perspectives, the formation, development and evolution of Suwen model in Suzhou and Wenzhou are compared in the scale, model, modes and technological choice, space distribution and efficiency. The predicaments in the international situation and the trend are also analyzed.
