摘要
2002年我国人口总数已接近13亿,如此众多的人口为就业带来了巨大的压力。总的来看,20世纪90年代后就业结构变化呈趋缓之势。为缓解就业压力与优化就业结构,国家有必要采取积极措施,通过各种手段促进劳动力的转移,实现劳动力结构的优化。
In 2002 Chinese population amounted to 13 hundred million,which brought about great pressure on the employment. In sum, the employment in 1990s has a slowering trend. Therefore, in order to lessen the employment pressure and optimize the employment structure, positive measures are required to be taken in order to transform the labor force by various means to opimize the labor force structure.
