河南省高等院校教育资源利用效率的实证研究

An Study into the Utility of Education Resources in the Colleges and Universities in Henan Province

高等教育资源的有效利用是教育经济学研究的重要课题。河南省的整个高校结构中,高校总量不少,质量不高,投入高校的教育资源非常有限。同时,高校普遍还存在着严重的资源闲置和浪费现象,资源的利用效率低下,应采取积极措施建立多元的教育投入体制,扩大教师资源,进一步提高高校资源利用率。

The effective use of resources of higher education is an important topic in education economics.In higher education structure in Henan province, there exist many problems such as the poor quality and limited resources investment.and on the other hand, serious waste of resources, all of which result in low utility of resouces. Therefore, positive measures are required to be taken including multi-level investment system, enlargement of teacher group etc. in order to improve the utility rate of higher education resources.
