试验证明,水培筛选杂交稻和粳稻耐低钾基因型是可行的,筛选的适宜时期分别为八叶期和五叶期,适宜K+浓度分别为3mg/L和10mg/L;
In this paper,the author found that we could screen rice genotypes tolerant to low-K + by using solution culture at seedling stage. The optimun screening periods of O.indica and O. japonica were eight-leaf and five-leaf, respectively; and the optimun screening concentration of solution culture for O.indica and O.japonica were 3mg/L and 10mg/L,respectively. The main difference between rice genotypes tolerant and sensitive to low-K + lies in the ability of absorbing nonexch K + The fomer has stronger ability of absorbing nonexch. K + and better K +utilization efficiency (KUE) than the latter.
