摘要
CaCl2和GA3使玉米萌发过程的呼吸强度和淀粉酶活性提高,促进萌发。CaCl2提高叶片保水力,GA则降低保水力。Asp(阿司匹林)抑制呼吸强度及淀粉酶活性,降低萌发率,但Asp2min处理促进根系生长。
The result showed that CaCl 2 and GA could promot the respiratory intensity and amylase activity in germination of maize seed, so the germination of seed was accelerated. CaCl 2 increased water retaining capacity of leaves, but GA reduced it. Asp (Aspirin) inhibited the respiratory intensity and amylase activity, and germination percentage reduced. Treatment with Asp 2min promoted the growth of root systems and water retaining capacity of leaves.
