The information development of the cities and tows is an important part of bringing great strategy of socialist new countryside construction into effect, its essence is cultivating and bringing up new farmer who meet the needs of market economy development. This needs the contemporary university graduate＇s positive participation, change the agricultural population structure fundamentally and improve the population quality.
