摘要
本文提出了一种测量啤酒中微量甲醛含量的新方法。在实验中,首先分别将不同品牌的啤酒常压蒸馏,然后将各自所得馏分与2,4-二硝基苯肼进行化学反应。反应所得的产物是2,4-二硝基苯腙,这种物质可以用Cl_3CH提取到溶液中。应用高效液相色谱根据保留时间定性,峰面积定量,可以准确测定样品溶液中2,4-二硝基苯腙的含量,从而可以计算出啤酒中甲醛的含量。实验结果令人满意。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of trace formaldehyde in beer by distillation and precolumn derivatization was developed. Formaldehyde in beer was directly distilled and then derived with 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine to yield 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazone. The 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazone was extracted by the chloroform and then was analyzed by HPLC on ODS- C18 column(4.6×200mm 5μm) with acetonitrile - water as mobile phase and detected at 348nm.The linearity of the method is satisfactory in the range of 0 - 1.060μg·mL^- 1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9987. The recoveries range from 94.8 % to 99.9 %. The method is available to determine the formaldehyde in beer with satisfactory results.
