The analysis of nutritinal states in hemadialysis patients

摘要 目的评价维持性血液透析患者的营养状况。方法采用主观全面营养评定法(SGA)将86例血透患者分为3组,营养良好者52例,轻中度营养不良者27例,重度营养不良者7例进行有关生化指标、人体测量指标及蛋白质摄入量等综合营养评估。结果86例透析患者中主观综合营养评估总营养不良的发生率为39.53%,轻中度营养不良组和重度营养不良组的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、肌酐、三头肌皮褶厚度、饮食蛋白摄入量和蛋白分解率低于营养良好组。结论血液透析患者营养不良的发生率较高,与蛋白质摄入不足等因素有关,应对血透患者进行合理的饮食治疗。
