实施粮饲分治是保障重庆市粮食安全的重要措施

DIVISION OF FOOD AND FEED PRODUCTION——AN IMPORTANT MEASURE FOR INPROVING GRAIN SECURITY IN CHONGQING

上世纪80年代以来,重庆市粮食产业的发展取得了显著成效,但近些年由于畜牧业的快速发展,饲料用粮量增长迅速,对重庆市的粮食安全产生了重要影响。通过对重庆市粮食生产、市场消费现状分析认为,当前及今后一个时期重庆市粮食安全问题重点是饲料粮缺口增大。解决这一问题的重要途径是把口粮和饲料用粮区分开,通过发展粮饲兼用作物、饲料专用作物,将有效解决重庆市的粮食安全难题。提出了重庆市实施粮饲分治战略的发展思路、布局和对策措施。

The grain industry has achieved prominent development in Chongqing since 1980： The recent years have seen a rapid growth of animal feed consumption owing to the development of animal husbandry, which greatly affects grain security of the municipality. This paper analyzes the present status of grain production and market consumption and expects a greater gap in animal feed supply. The authors hold that in order to solve this problem, it is important to separate the food - and animal feed - producing regions and to increase the cultivation of dual - use and feed crops.
