从高职学生管理工作的角度来阐述促进高职教育发展的方向。高职教育的核心理念和基本原则是由其内在特点所决定的,负有特殊使命的高职教育应坚持“以人为本”这一教育理念和根本原则。全面启动现有的各种资源,完善师资队伍,运用现代化的科技手段,加强对高职学生工作管理模式的创新,促进高职教育的发展。

This paper discusses the orientation of development of higher vocational education in China from the perspective of student management. The principal ideas and basic principles of higher vocation education are defined by its build - in features. It should take ＂ people foremost＂ as the basic principle. It is imperative to make use all available resources, improve the teacher contingent and apply all modern scientific means to innovate student management and promote the development of higher vocational education.
